มศว ร่วมลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจกับ NPUST และ INTENSE Program ในงาน 2026 Taiwan Higher Education Expo
เมื่อวันที่ 29 สิงหาคม 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ (มศว) เข้าร่วมพิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (Memorandum of Understanding: MoU) กับ National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST) ประเทศไต้หวัน และ INTENSE Program ภายในงาน 2026 Taiwan Higher Education Expo ณ Samyan Mitrtown Hall กรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 29–30 สิงหาคม 2569
พิธีลงนามจัดขึ้นภายในงาน Education Fair ซึ่งจัดโดย ศูนย์ความร่วมมือแลกเปลี่ยนบุคลากรนานาชาติไต้หวันประจำประเทศไทย (กรุงเทพมหานคร) หรือ International Talent Circulation Base Bangkok Office ภายใต้การดำเนินงานของ INTENSE Program เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้สถาบันอุดมศึกษาจากประเทศไทยและไต้หวันได้พบปะ แลกเปลี่ยน และหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือในระดับนานาชาติ
ในการนี้ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ประภาภรณ์ โรจน์ศิริรัตน์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์และสื่อสารองค์กร มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ได้รับมอบหมายจาก ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชลวิทย์ เจียรจิตต์ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ให้เข้าร่วมพิธีในนามมหาวิทยาลัยและดำเนินการลงนามในส่วนของ มศว
ฝ่าย NPUST นำโดย Prof. Dr.-Ing. Chin-Lung Chang, President of National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST) ผู้แทนในการลงนามในครั้งนี้
ความร่วมมือดังกล่าวนับเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญในการส่งเสริม การแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการ การพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาและบุคลากร การแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ และการสร้างโอกาสด้านการศึกษาและการพัฒนาบุคลากรในระดับนานาชาติ ตลอดจนการเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศไทยและไต้หวัน
ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้สอดคล้องกับแนวทาง “LOVES – SWU Growth for All” โดยเฉพาะการส่งเสริม Lifelong Learning, Opportunities, Value Added และ Social Engagement และสนับสนุนวิสัยทัศน์ของ มศว ในการเป็น “Learning University for Society” มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งการเรียนรู้เพื่อสังคม ที่มุ่งเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ ผู้คน และโอกาส เพื่อสร้างคุณค่าและประโยชน์ต่อสังคม

SWU Strengthens International Collaboration with NPUST and the INTENSE Program at the 2026 Taiwan Higher Education Expo
On 29 August 2026, Srinakharinwirot University (SWU) participated in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony with National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST), Taiwan, and the INTENSE Program, held as part of the 2026 Taiwan Higher Education Expo at Samyan Mitrtown Hall, Bangkok, on 29–30 August 2026.
The signing ceremony took place during the Education Fair organized by the International Talent Circulation Base Bangkok Office under the INTENSE Program, providing an important platform for higher education institutions from Thailand and Taiwan to connect, exchange ideas, and explore opportunities for international collaboration.
Representing SWU, Asst. Prof. Dr. Prapaporn Rojsiriruch, Vice President for International Relations and Communications, was assigned by Prof. Dr. Cholvit Jearajit, President of SWU, to attend the ceremony on behalf of the University and to proceed with the signing on behalf of SWU.
Representing NPUST, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Chin-Lung Chang, President of National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST), participated as the representative for the signing.
This collaboration marks an important step toward strengthening cooperation in academic exchange, talent development, knowledge sharing, and international educational opportunities, while fostering stronger networks between higher education institutions in Thailand and Taiwan.
The partnership also reflects SWU’s “LOVES – SWU Growth for All” policy, particularly its commitment to Lifelong Learning, Opportunities, Value Added, and Social Engagement. It further supports SWU’s vision as a “Learning University for Society,” connecting knowledge, people, and opportunities to create meaningful value and positive impact for society.
